Microcurrent therapy uses low-level electrical currents to tone facial muscles, improve circulation, and boost collagen. When paired with a red light therapy, it helps active ingredients absorb deeper into the skin, reduces puffiness, and gives a lifted, sculpted look—all in one. Just skip clay masks and stick to hydrating or hydrogel ones for best results.
Every individual may respond differently to specific wavelengths of lights and results will depend on the goal you want to achieve. Most users begin seeing improvements in 2–4 weeks. Full results vary based on consistency and skin condition.
The day-to-day changes will be subtle, so be sure to take "before and after" pictures to document progress. The most important thing to remember is that results are cumulative, so consistent daily treatment is key.
For the first 4-6 weeks, you can use the mask once a day in a 10-minute session, if your skin tolerates it. After that, to maintain results, use it 3 to 5 times a week. The mask is programmed for a 10-minute duration and will automatically turn off when the treatment is done.
